WaMax entwickelt fullstack, cross-platform Software: Web-Applikationen, Desktop-Apps (Windows, macOS, Linux mit Electron), Mobile-Apps (iOS/Android), Progressive Web Apps und maßgeschneiderte Dashboards. Wir übernehmen die komplette Entwicklung — von der Architektur über Backend und Frontend bis zum Deployment.
WaMax develops fullstack, cross-platform software: web applications, desktop apps (Windows, macOS, Linux with Electron), mobile apps (iOS/Android), Progressive Web Apps, and custom dashboards. We handle full-cycle development — from architecture through backend and frontend to deployment.

WaMax arbeitet primär remote — das ermöglicht uns, mit Kunden in ganz Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz zu arbeiten. Für Kick-off-Meetings oder strategische Workshops sind wir auch persönlich verfügbar. Unsere Hauptbasis ist Nürnberg, Bayern.

Wir sind nicht technologiefanatisch — wir wählen den richtigen Stack für dein Projekt. Typisch: Node.js / Express für Backends, React oder Vanilla JS für Frontends, Electron für Desktop-Apps, MySQL / SQLite / PostgreSQL für Datenbanken, Docker für Deployment. Wir integrieren auch in bestehende Stacks.
We're not technology dogmatists — we choose the right stack for your project. Typical choices: Node.js / Express for backends, React or Vanilla JS for frontends, Electron for desktop apps, MySQL / SQLite / PostgreSQL for databases, Docker for deployment. We also integrate into existing tech stacks.
Nein. Wir nehmen Projekte jeder Größe an — von einem schnellen MVP über mehrere Wochen bis hin zu längerfristigen Produkten. Kleine Projekte können ein klares Scope-Dokument erfordern, damit beide Seiten die Erwartungen teilen.
No. We take on projects of any size — from a quick MVP over several weeks to longer-term products. Smaller projects may require a clear scope document so both sides share expectations.
Beides ist möglich. Für klar definierte Projekte bevorzugen wir Festpreisangebote. Für laufende Entwicklung oder flexiblen Scope bieten wir auch Zeit-und-Material mit transparenter Stundenabrechnung an. Beides wird vor Projektstart schriftlich vereinbart.
Both are possible. For clearly defined projects, we prefer fixed-price proposals. For ongoing development or flexible scope, we also offer time-and-material with transparent hourly billing. Both are agreed in writing before the project starts.
Ja. Wir können Hosting, Docker-Setup, CI/CD-Pipelines und Server-Konfiguration übernehmen. Wir arbeiten mit eigenem Infrastruktur-Stack (Docker Compose, Apache, Let's Encrypt) und können auf Wunsch auf eure Infrastruktur (AWS, Hetzner, etc.) deployen.
Yes. We can handle hosting, Docker setup, CI/CD pipelines, and server configuration. We work with our own infrastructure stack (Docker Compose, Apache, Let's Encrypt) and can deploy to your infrastructure (AWS, Hetzner, etc.) if required.

Ja, gerne. Wir unterzeichnen Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen (NDAs) vor dem ersten inhaltlichen Gespräch — ohne Rückfragen. Das gilt sowohl für klassische bilaterale NDAs als auch für projektbezogene Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen.
Yes, gladly. We sign NDAs before the first substantive discussion — without hesitation. This applies to both standard bilateral NDAs and project-specific confidentiality agreements, as common in sensitive B2B projects or public tenders.
Ja. Für Projekte mit laufendem Betrieb vereinbaren wir schriftliche SLAs mit definierten Reaktionszeiten, Verfügbarkeitszielen und Eskalationspfaden. Details werden individuell auf dein Projekt abgestimmt.
Yes. For projects with ongoing operations, we define SLAs in writing covering response times, availability targets, and escalation paths. Details are tailored to your project.
Ja. Wir sind mit der Vertragsstruktur öffentlicher IT-Aufträge vertraut — insbesondere mit den EVB-IT-Vertragstypen. Ob Dienstvertrag, Werkvertrag oder Systemvertrag: wir können uns in bestehende Vergabeverfahren einbringen und die erforderliche Dokumentation liefern.
Yes. We are familiar with the contract structures of public IT procurement — in particular the EVB-IT contract types. We can participate in existing tendering procedures and deliver the required documentation.
Datenschutz ist für uns kein Fremdwort. Wir schließen AV-Verträge gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO ab und stellen unsere TOM-Dokumentation auf Anfrage bereit — ggf. nach Unterzeichnung einer NDA. Alle Verarbeitungen erfolgen auf Servern in Deutschland.
Data protection is not foreign territory for us. We conclude DPAs pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and make our TOM documentation available on request — potentially following NDA signature. All processing takes place on servers in Germany.
